“We definitely feel healthier and fitter since joining Pulse! You’ll usually see us working out early in the morning before we head off to work. We like to start our day exercising because it gets us mentally and physically ready for the day. Plus, going to the gym is time out of our busy schedules we can spend together! Pulse is a great place for us to come to exercise because it is located close to our home in Sparks, the facilities are well-maintained and there is a friendly community of members and staff. There are plenty of cardio and weight machines, free weights and classes, along with a wide variety of TV and music options to keep our workouts interesting. The staff is also very helpful. There is always someone around to answer questions or to solve any problems. We couldn’t ask for more out of a gym! It’s a perfect fit!”
